Moishe - came from Tel-Aviv via Lancashire where he had been in Rabbinical
school. Having been expelled for speaking Hebrew with a Manchester accent,
he came to Benidorm where he is now a highly accredited chef. His egg
and chips is legendary, and is only bettered by his gefilte-fish.
